GW Series Medium Frequency Coreless Induction Melting Furnace

The GW series is a coreless medium-frequency induction melting furnace for steel, cast iron, stainless steel, copper, aluminum and their alloys. Capacity is catalogued from 0.1 ton through 40 ton, and the furnace is built to order for the metal, the melting rate and the local grid.

GWB Series Medium Frequency Holding and Heat-Insulation Furnace

The GWB series is a medium-frequency holding and heat-insulation furnace. It keeps molten metal at temperature for pouring, continuous casting, preheating and duplex operation beside a melting furnace.

One-to-Two Medium Frequency Induction Furnace System

A one-to-two furnace system uses one medium-frequency power supply, or a double power supply, to run a melting furnace and a holding furnace. One bath melts while the other holds or pours.

Double power supply, one-to-two — factory sheet
No.Catalog statement
1Continuous batch production from two sets of power control
2Large-piece casting with lower unit power use and a higher power factor
3Non-stop melting: hold temperature when needed, higher equipment use
4Both furnaces can be preheated and sintered at the same time
5Small footprint, simpler installation and maintenance
6If one supply or one furnace stops, the other can be swapped in
